Concerned developers are partnering with HOME OWNERSHIP MADE EASY, (HOME), a division of Fellowship West International to provide affordable housing to ordinary families and first time homebuyers. The developer shares the vision of HOME that through home ownership, families can be restored, communities strengthened, and children saved from the low socio-economic conditions that produce large numbers of at-risk youth.
Together, Fellowship West International, (HOME), and various developers will acquire land for housing construction and sale, and acquire existing housing units (single-family residences, and multiple family units) for contract renovation and/or contract renovation and sale.
